Evernote Sticky Notes is a very simple application that lets you create virtual sticky notes and place them anywhere you like on your desktop.
The note customization options provided by Evernote Sticky Notes are rather reduced, especially compared to those offered by other note-taking utilities. Evernote Sticky Notes only lets you change the color of the notes, using the right-click context menu for each note. There are no other customization options except for changing the font type.
Anyway, Evernote Sticky Notes is a really handy application that makes it really easy to create notes and keep them synchronized across multiple computers, and best of all, it’s also free.

Really useful option as I can add a message in Evernote and it appears on my Desktop when I start the computer. I would also like to see support for more extensive text formatting and ideally a way of showing the reminder date for the note.
The best alternative to revert older version of the latest Sticky Notes in Windows 10.
